Over 95% of the plates we serve are created completely from scratch, including our bread and pasta, made fresh, in house. Though it only recently became fashionable, we have been committed to using local, organic produce since our inception. Our commitment to quality has driven us to partner with local family farms, allowing us to offer the choicest cuts of meat and fresh, sustainable, seasonal ingredients.
