Event Planning Services: We can create the whole night for you.

From the beginning of setup until the last serving tray is carried off and the trash bin wheeled away, we stand by your side to build a perfect event. We help you choose a menu, equipment rentals, event staffing, decor, the evening’s entertainment and — naturally — the food service. Whether you want a band or string quartet, champagne or pinot grigio (or both!), heavy appetizers or a seated dinner, we will take you through every planning step –  you won’t have to worry about anything except what to wear. We have numerous clients who have found our service to be superior for their:

We manage all of these elements:

  • Floral arrangements
  • Decor
  • Menu customization and selection
  • Setup through Clean up
  • Staffing: on site chefs and serving staff

Food Service and Event Staffing

If you’ve looked at our online menu, you know that there is a wide variety of delicious combinations available for your event. However, our executive chefs can often develop menus specific to your event. No matter what dietary needs your guests have, we can accommodate them.

Catering-only Services 

If you’ve already handled the planning side of the event, we can still provide a customized menu for your event. It doesn’t matter whether your event is for 20 or 2,000 — our staff offers delivery anywhere in the Bay Area. If you have a small event and want to pick up your food, our kitchens in Menlo Park are available to you.

There is no service charge for non-staffed functions.
All staffed functions are subject to labor charges and an 18% service charge.
