Total Event Planning
At this level, you sit down with our consultant, who will help you plan every aspect of your event, and leave the labor to us. We’ll take care of your décor, make sure your menu choices are taken care of, staff the event, rent the equipment, and hire the entertainment. Once you make the decisions (Wine? Beer? Jazz? String quartet? Flowers?), you can leave the worrying to us. Customers have used this service for their weddings, receptions and company parties. All you have to do is get dressed up, and come ready to have a wonderful evening.
Food Service with Staff
We send in our staff to put up the tables and service areas, prepare the food, serve it to you and your guests, and clean up the food area afterward. Do you want to choose from our menu, or would you like a customized set of selections? Either way, our chefs will put together an ideal tableau for your guests – even if some of them have particular dietary restrictions.
Food Service Only
Even if you have your service staff all lined up, we can still cater the food for you – for parties from 15 to 3,000. If you want to save the labor charges and service charge (18%) of having our staff operate your food service, we can deliver your event’s food anywhere in the Bay Area, and you have just as much flexibility when it comes to choosing a menu for your guests. All you have to pay for is the food and the delivery charge. If your party is smaller, and you want to save on delivery, you’re more than welcome to pick up your order from our kitchen in Menlo Park. It will be ready and waiting for you.
